Integrity policy
Our customer register normally only contains data on legal persons. Such information is not personal data and is not subject to the rules of the GDPR. However, data on individual traders and data on contact persons at companies are personal data, and such personal data are allowed to be processed to manage the contract with the suppliers.
How do we process your personal information?
Some of our customers ask what we do with the information and here we describe a little more formally how we work with information. The basis of everything we do is to treat our customers as we would like to be treated ourselves. This also applies when it comes to information.

Your customer emails
We use info@medlase.se as our email for customer support. When you email info@medlase.se, it is an email service we use. Normally, we delete incoming emails no later than 2-3 months after we receive them. If we need to save any information, we put that information in a folder with all customers' information.

How do we use this information?
We use this information to process your order. We use your e-mail address to send you information. If you do not want to receive information from us, you can easily unsubscribe from further information letters via a link in the information email and will then never be contacted by us again.

Information to other stakeholders
We never disclose your information to anyone else. Exceptions are made if we are obliged for some reason by law or court order.
Remove your information from our database
The information we save is only for the purpose of the financial transaction and is retained for legal reasons and therefore cannot be deleted. If you have any questions, you are welcome to contact us at info@medlase.se.
